遗留在山庄的笑声

今天又是一年一度的西华旅泗校友年会，这是一次相对准备时间比较匆忙的计划，这次活动倾注了同学和老师的很多心血，虽然有很多校友由于时间，距离等多种原因缺席了这次聚会，但是也算相当圆满和满意了。从2000年开始，一年一聚的活动已经有几年了，虽然人员变动几乎不大，然而一次比一次更像是在例行公事，看得出一些人已经厌烦了，所以，与往年不同，今天聚会的那个地方是到城市近郊的Puncak Prigen山庄住一晚，是我们非常要好的同学借给我们的别墅，也许城市生活使我们越来越远离自然，我们渴望一种纯静的自然、田野的花朵、林中的小鸟、山涧的溪流，更有那夜晚摄人心魂的纯静的月光。
2008年4月19日，10时，我们一起坐上大巴士出发了，在车上大家有说有笑，在车上我们唱我们最喜欢唱的歌“不公平的梦”，大家开心极了，什么逗趣的点子都想出来了，讲故事、讲笑话、仿佛又回到那个纯真的、白衣飘飘的年代，一时忘了各自生活中的烦恼和忧伤，连胡老师和陈老师都被逗乐了，笑得前仰后合，虽然他们的年龄和我们有一段距离，但仍有着难以割舍的师生情宜，宛如朋友，不再是师生间那么神圣，大概一个多小时的车程吧！车子驶进一个高级的别墅区，四月的山上一片静寂，透过绿树掩映的丛林，隐约可见一片粉、红相间的独栋别墅群建筑，整齐划一，十分醒目。一条笔直的林荫路把我们带到那世外桃源般的院落，车停在别墅的门前，下了车，立刻有一个农村小伙儿模样的佣人跑下台阶，学着酒店门僮的动作，毕恭毕敬地为我们拉开大门。我们走进别墅大门，看见院子里面一片绿色，先是见到山石，有青翠的草坪和苍绿的老树，簇拥掩映着一幢欧式的别墅。听到流水之声，接着由各种名贵花木绕成了一个绿色长廊，从门厅到室内，一直蔓延到楼上的寝居中，空间非常大，悬空的大屋，露天的阳台，看得出主人是个很有品味的一个人，一走进别墅，里边是一间很不小的大厅，大家没有坐下，站在屋子当中举目四顾，家具和灯具，装饰和摆设不无俗气地堆金砌玉，到处摆放雕刻龙，图画龙，夸张地展览着一种很协调的奢糜，展示别墅主人的众多艺术收藏品。长长的餐桌，也雕刻着中国的象征——龙，做工十分精细，而主人卧房是一个总统套房的设计，装修得非常漂亮，有点像现在非常流行的法国普罗旺斯装修风格，这种装修格调，高贵而又不失时尚，全部装修达五星级酒店标准，房间内配有分体空调、冰箱、保险柜、电视、电话、饮水机等齐全设备，每套客房的家具配置都不相同，好豪华的房子，里边的整个布局真的非常漂亮，而后院设计的更特色十足，石台，欧式小亭都让别墅贵气十足，而池塘俩边的设计更是独具匠心，把庄园中房间的特色展示的栩栩如生，周围的甬道、草地上的小径蜿蜒、花朵更加衬托出别墅的豪华，点缀些秋千、跷跷板、石凳、竹制躺椅，完全具有高档别墅所必需的朝阳的缓坡山，自然的平和的水，原始的常绿的植被，编就一幅世外天堂的画面，真不知道天天打扫这栋别墅的清洁工每天都是什么感觉。
午饭后，我们聚在一起开始玩，把同学们的思绪带到了那已经遥远的童真年代，每个人的脸上露着灿烂的笑容，想起当年怀着无比远大的憧憬踏出校门，想起当年曾立下的豪言壮志，想起当年满怀崇高的理想和美好愿望，努力地溶进这散发着各色迷迭的社会当中！这样的时代一去不复返了，陈玉泰老师说：“人生匆匆几十个寒暑 ，哪还能有多少个5年呢？”他呼吁我们要团结，是的，我明白！一个优秀的集体，它要具备心理健康、勤学文明、团结友善，然而最重要的，就是要团结，集体是一个大家庭，我们每个人都是其中一分子，团结、互助、友爱是人生必不可少的道德品质，只有拥有这种优秀的品质，我们才能有机结合起来，不需志同道合，只要每个人都用真诚去面对这个集体的每一个人，学会谦虚，学会倾听，学会冷静，学会让步，风雨同舟，同甘共苦，有福同享，有难同当，让这个集体里的每一个人，都感觉到温暖。虽然我们每个人不是最优秀的，但几个人在一起就可以组成一个最优秀的集体！彼此互相帮助，这样才是一个团结的集体！集体的智慧是无穷的，有了一个团结的集体，任何事情都会迎刃而解，如果没有团结协作，就像一盘散沙，不可能成为一个鲜为人知的集体，然而，有些存心不良的人，在集体中非但不采取平等协商的工作方法，甚至把集体视为派系之间争强好胜、争名夺利的工具，集体就成这些人争夺的帮派了，使我们内部不团结，勾心斗角，弄的其它成员左右为难，做不到抱成用一个声音说话，我们要避免这种恶性竞争，其实只要彼此真诚，就没有什么隔阂，当然就比较好相处，好象我们这次聚会的同学，性格都很开朗，也不是怎么很矩束的，所以觉得好开心。
夜幕初降，大家共进晚餐，精制可口的食物、浪漫轻松的环境、魅力十足的同学，所有的人都完全陶醉在古希腊式的晚餐活跃气氛之中，让晚餐不流于沉闷，这是我们的计划！吃过晚饭，大家又无所不谈，直到深夜，虽然夜色已经很深了，同学们却迟迟不想睡，因为明天就要各奔东西了，这样的夜晚让人感伤，这样的夜色让人留恋， 一些实在疲惫得想睡觉的女同学赶紧几个人嘻嘻哈哈的占据一间房。
一夜温暖，一夜舒适，第二天早上，我们早早的起床了，在林木遮天蔽日的小道晨跑，宜人的景色，纵情高歌；呼吸自然气息，晨曦透过树梢洒下片片灵动光影，在如梦如幻的蓝色水轴雾喷里穿行，一身清凉水雾让我们找到露中漫步的惊喜；闻到徐风拂来的百花清香，听到林间传来娓娓动听的百鸟争鸣，看到满山树林茂密，郁郁葱葱，染得水也碧绿，东观“绿树成荫”，西望“碧水环抱”，北看“群山叠翠”，南瞧“瑰丽风光”，举头“蓝天白云”大好河山尽收眼底。这是大自然给我们送来的礼物，置身于如仙境般的山水之间，一时都有些怀疑在梦境中。 让人不禁感叹大自然的鬼斧神工！此景只能天上有，人间那能观几回？优雅的环境、翠绿的山顶、描绘出一幅和谐自然的生活画卷，人在山庄能尽享大自然赋予的清风甘露，饱览山上的秀丽风光，这是我们能看到一幅天然农家休闲图。大家很开心直玩到中午，就这样，吃过午饭，依依不舍的离开了山庄，踏上了归途……难忘的日子，在大家的心目中留下了一段五彩斑斓的回忆，令我们终生难忘，也许最让我们遗憾的是，因为种种原因有很多同学缺席了这次聚会，就因为这些遗憾而有一种残缺的美丽，希望下次的聚会可以看到更多同学的身影，临走时，屋主问我可有什么遗留下来的物品，别忘了带走，我说：“没有遗留什么了，如果说有，就是我们的笑声遗留了下来。”在车上，隐约中我还听到几位同学在反复的唱着那首“不公平的梦”，那种心痛的感觉强烈起来。

我的同学，你是否还记得我？你的同学，我还是记得你，六六那一年，您离开我们，母校！离别太久了，同学，为何这不公平的梦，落在我们一代，想你，想你，想你，想你，是否你也想我，虽然今天，我们能够再一次相聚，可是明天又要离去。
我的故乡，你是否已忘了我，你的故乡，它永远忘不了你，白沙的浪花，常在梦里见到你，它泣叹：回来！回来！2X 我的同学，你是否还记得我，我的故乡，你是否已忘了我，今夕离别后，但愿明年这一天，我们还会再相聚。

西华旅泗校友向贫困灾区献爱心

每年2月前后，印尼进入雨季，连日来，由于连续降雨造成西都文罗附近于2月8日晚，山洪暴发，河水泛滥，洪水冲塌了房屋，大桥，这场罕见的特大洪灾确实给当地居民带来了巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡，看到西都文罗正在遭受天灾侵袭，看到他们与天奋争的感人场面，洪灾发生后，西都文罗中华学校旅泗校友会非常关注当地的灾情，在校友们的大力怂恿和鼓励之下，为了能为家乡做点事，我们迅速组织开展赈灾捐款活动，发动捐款倡议，得到了社会侨界人士、校友、朋友的大力支持，经过连续多日的紧张筹备，在自愿的原则下，由各基层侨团组织和社团，集体或个人，募集到爱心捐款78.000.000,-盾，并组织代表团专程赴灾区捐助，向灾区奉献一片爱心，伸出援助之手。
星期日早上6点整，伴随着黎明前的暗夜，一台“赈灾爱心”客车，浩浩荡荡携带特殊使命上路了，这次我们以西华旅泗代表团的身份，前往遭受洪灾和暴雨袭击的西都文罗慰问，虽然不能让每一个捐款人都亲临灾区现场，但我们且带着他们的一片爱心，向西都文罗一片深情的捐赠70.000.000，-盾，表达对灾区华人的一点心意。经过将近4个小时的颠簸，到达了灾区。又一次踏上这片朴实的土地，且发现它是另一番景象，一片狼籍的让人触目惊心，随处可见坍塌的房屋；被冲倒东倒西歪的的大树；被泡着的农田；漂浮在洪水中的件件杂物，满地的颓垣败瓦，到处是淤泥，臭气熏天。俯瞰眼前的河，水是那样的浅，那样的清，怎么也不敢相信，一向温和秀丽的河在春节的第二天晚上竟那么的凶猛与恐怖，把欣欣向荣的小镇改变成这般模样。面对如此深重的灾难，虽然许多企业、慈善机构，民政局以及热心人士前往灾区援助灾民，基本解决灾民的吃饭问题、但毕竟会有被遗漏的人，他们竟然生活在贫苦中，或许我们应该做的，不是坐看媒体报道掬同情之泪，指责政府罔顾民生，需知我们每个人都应该努力帮助。这就是我们的出发点，救济那些需要帮助的人，
在灾区现场，西华联谊会有关负责人员热情迎接了我们。举行了一个简单而又庄重的爱心捐赠仪式，在举行简单的捐赠仪式后，与他们共进午餐 ，接着，在有关负责人员的帮助下，并按照它们提供的受灾人名单，选了68位受灾严重的家庭作为资助对象，把他们一个个的请到了现场，将爱心款亲自拨付到他们手中，不过吸引我的却是原本并未在拍摄计划中的一群人，是一张张与年龄极不相称的渗透着浓浓哀伤的脸、黑色的皮肤、褴褛的衣衫、纤细的生命、令我目瞪口呆，也许一次简单的感冒，就会让他永远地睡着了，我被眼前的画面，强烈、剧烈地震撼了，尽管之前已有心理准备，天呀！我简直无法想象，这些贫困的华人竟然有我的同学，我的老师，看到这一切，本想一个一个让他们白纸黑字签个名，好让对赈灾捐款人有个满意的交代，但我忍不住了，把还空着的白字塞进包里，也许他们连自己姓什么名什么都不清楚了，谈何签名？惟有通过此文和图片，把灾区一线的情况真实地展现在大家眼前，让全天下所有的人都能看到那双双充满着期待与求助的眼神，显得那么落漠和无力，那张张焦虑与无奈的脸孔，竟成了他们唯一的语言，仿佛是一种身份的象征，而我们却又不能为他们多做些什么，只能给予物质上和精神上的帮助和支持，我们就是希望，让大家看到自己的爱心在灾区人民心中的分量，多少我们无所谓有、无所谓无，或者根本不想要的东西在那些灾区人眼里却是弥足珍贵，让大家如我们一样有心灵的触动，有悲凉，更有和我一样的体会和感受!
生活就是这样，这些社会最底层的人靠着他们顽强的毅力存在着，可是贫穷的现实让这些人为了生存而需要我们的帮助，有的从呱呱落地，贫穷便与他紧紧相连，其实很多人也并不是因为懒而不愿意去努力，它们这些人也是想发财的，做梦都想，他们每天都在找机会，有的靠着一锤一铲两只手，有的靠着一脚一脚地蹬三轮，既是顽强地走过了一道道坎，但他们没有能力改变现实，改变自己，如果深刻分析这些贫苦人案例，难以回答清楚这个“十分简单”的问题了，穷！是什么原因？既有社会的原因，也有自身的因素；既有先天心理素质差的原因，也有教育知识的因素，人一旦变穷了，志向就很容易变短，长期的铁饭碗，使他们大多数失去在竞争社会的生存能力。一个是心理，等着别人施舍，一个是能力，除了生产线上的简单劳动，没有别的生存技能，身上还铺欠了一屁股的债，就是再给他们一笔钱，可悲的是只能先解决"肚子"后考虑"面子"，这虽然显得残酷了点，但却是务实和客观的态度，因为他们已经失去了能挣钱和积蓄的本能，他们没有意识到拿出钱来来投资会得加倍的盈利，也不曾想过以何种方式挣钱，如何去赚钱和如何才能赚到钱，这些智慧好像他们没有，为了容易沟通，穷人走穷亲戚，每天谈论着菜米油盐，交流着节约技巧，这些虽然有利于训练生存能力，但眼界也就渐渐囿于这样的琐事，雄心壮志被消磨掉了，久而久之，自己的心态就变成了更穷的心态，思维也变成了更穷的思维，做出来的事也就是穷人的模式，不能走出穷思维的误区，我们知道，授人以鱼，不如授人以渔。应该认真教会他们谋生 的技能 、独立，而不是塞给他们一些钱就了事，话虽如此，可是，在这个社会又有谁愿意抽出宝贵的时间给他们上人生的课呢？这是现实社会的事实，一个社会的游戏规则，社会历史就是如此循环下去的。不要责怪他们，这不是他们的错，你无法改变这个世界，但你可以和我们一样，为他们做些事情。为此我们西华旅泗校友会只能通过爱心之行，捐助他们每人各1.000.000,-到5.000.000,-盾, 虽然感觉这些款项真的是杯水车薪，但我们仍然希望，它能够真正产生一定作用与力量。
虽然此次的爱心之行我们饱受了身体的劳累与疲乏，为了抓紧时间，早午餐都只是一个盒饭，且都在车上解决，我们吃过午饭立马又动身前往灾区访问，最后披星戴月才赶回泗水，尽管这样，大家仍然觉得这次爱心之旅去得非常有价值，达到了我们的初衷——把捐助款，清清楚楚一文不少的亲自分送到他们手上，能够亲身去体会弱者的辛酸，去享受帮助别人的快乐 ，去寻求良心的安宁与心中一份平静，比帮助弱者更重要的是唤醒更多人沉睡的善良，养成行善的习惯，这也使我们的“爱心之旅”更加富有意义，虽然这次的爱心之行结束了，但我们的爱心行动不能就此划上句号，我们需要回味和感受的东西还有很多，通过这次活动，让每一位捐款人，甚至更多的人都来关心那些贫困的人，我们生活在物质丰裕的时代，也许我们身边的人都如自己一样，并不需要太为一日三餐而发愁，只是苦恼于如何住更大的房子、换更新款的车、但似这些生活在贫苦的人应该是更多，每天为一餐稀饭到处奔波，只是我们见不到，除非通过媒体，而媒体所能报道的又不过是沧海一粟而已，被报道出来的，曝光天下，也许得到同情与帮助；没报道出来的，继续默默忍受，承担生命之痛和生活之苦。

远离浮华净土的龙目岛之行

今年是印尼旅游年(Visit Indonesia Year 2008)。是印尼继１９９１年后第二次举办旅游年活动，以重塑印尼旅游大国的形象，为支持吸引700万游客前来印尼的旅游计划 ，特写此文向大家介绍印尼龙目（Lombok）岛，是一个几乎被人们遗忘的地方，其实它近在咫尺，只隔龙目海峡，与巴厘岛相望，位于努沙登加拉省西头岛屿。东以阿拉斯海峡与松巴哇岛相邻，北滨巴厘海，南临印度洋。这是个温暖的城市，也许龙目岛没像巴厘岛上那么多的旅游设施，但龙目岛的景色丝毫不逊色于巴厘岛，不过吸引观光游客的，并非名胜古迹，而是它得天独厚的美丽环境，純淨沙灘，灿烂夺目的阳光和离奇的美景仍以其独特的魅力，一年四季，树木都是绿色的，各种奇花异卉无不满山遍野绽放着，保留原始海島的翠绿丛林和透澈见底的海水，几乎都是纯洁的色彩，加上几乎不受污染的空气，造成一种非常纯净的感受，东西由山脉连贯，海岸线则如棕榈叶般地四下伸展，而岛上的地理环境乃是以林荫茂密的小山作为背景，風景怡人，绵延众多的大小海湾与海滩，年复一年保持着人间天堂的形象，從任何角度都能感受到龍目島之美，岛上椰子的生产是重要经济来源，椰树处处可见，甚至走在路上都可以闻到椰子的芳香。所以此岛又被称为“椰子岛”。除了产烟叶、棉花和咖啡。这里的珍珠也是很有名气的，故获得珍珠之乡的美誉，有一条老街专门出售这里所产的珍珠，珍珠饰品、珍珠工艺品，这里的珍珠不仅圆润洁白、而且光浑夺目。还有陶器，岛上的Rungkang陶器村，它以一种富有龙目岛特色的赤土陶器出名，手工艺品种类繁多，旅客可以参观陶器的制作方法，神奇的是，匠人在打磨用手捏制成的瓷壶，全过程都采取纯手工方式，没有任何机械设备参与生产，还可以让旅客做一做。
众所周知，龙目岛文化的最大特色产物之一，不仅巧夺天工的手工艺品，其他乡村旅游资源也非常丰富，许多原来人烟稀少的沿海村庄现在都已建成为现代化旅游点，但现代化的背后还有古老的村落，是龙目岛最早先民莎莎族人聚居的地方，偏远的小山村，一间间可避风雨的茅屋，在建筑上部的空间用柱和梁做成构架，来承托树木枝干结成的方格的屋面，然后铺设茅草来完成半圆形船篷屋顶，它具有通风、防雨、遮阳，防潮、防盗、防兽等优点，有上、下两层楼，上层住人，下层堆放柴草杂物，两层楼之间设有很陡的楼梯或梯子，各宅院有小径相通，村落里的建筑和部落生活习惯都保持着原住民莎莎族人的传统特色，在人类建筑史上写下光彩的一章，游人可以行走在古朴的建筑群里，看村民的生活习惯、農舍殼倉，成群水牛在綠地上吃草，仿佛能听见风过芭蕉沙沙的声音，听到不远处山溪的铮鸣，这么一幅原始部落的秩序和氛围，没有因为外界的影响而发生根本的改变，也没有流失近乎脱俗的宁静、纯朴，而感受到更加天然的景色和更加淳朴的民风民情！Mandalika海灘最具指標性的酒店，有百余間房仿造傳統莎莎族村落的干栏式茅草屋，堪稱最具整體感與當地風味，讓獨特的建築完美融入當地景觀，十分愜意，茅草屋頂上还擺放公雞、母雞藝品，据说早期莎莎人飼養雞隻，並無雞舍，雞隻夜晚會爬到屋頂休息，等到破曉便在屋上啼叫，隨後下屋覓食，對莎莎克人而言，飼養雞隻是生活一部份，也是早期村落的日常景象。
龙目岛的海滩景致可以说是最有魅力的，其中以Senggigi海滩，是岛上最早开发的旅游景点。开发得最完善，珊瑚花園遍佈在四周岸邊，景觀十分奇美，清澈的海水與潔白的沙灘與海峽對面的阿貢山形成一道美麗的風景線，海水出奇的湛蓝，餐厅遍布，舞厅、画廊、商店比比皆是，一幢幢小型别墅、华丽的酒店恭迎着来自世界各地的观光客。黃昏時更能欣賞到日落時的壯麗美景，並在海面上輝映出火燄般的艷麗色彩，十分浪漫迷人，傳說有位美麗的仙女為了使神鎮靜，而在懸崖頂投身到大海，從此就变成现在迷人的地方。
對於喜愛小島的旅客，龙目岛上有三个非常靠近的姊妹小岛，它们分别是。 Gili Trawangan、 Gili Air和Gili Meno。所具有的魅力不相上下，最初由一个默默无闻的小岛，发展成为龙目岛最顶级的海滨度假胜地之一，岛上设置有大量的旅游和海滩设施， Gili Trawangan是三个小岛中最大的一个，是龙目岛具有代表性的旅游度假胜地，它的魅力来自于它那美丽的大海，拥有一切迷人的热带风景，整齐的椰子树，柔软细腻的沙滩，珊瑚礁、衝浪和風帆運動，也有着最佳的潜水海域，特别适合自我“放逐”的人，来到岛上除了享受阳光海滩，想要SPA、吃美食、乡土式餐馆和欧美式的中小型酒吧，全都沒問題，在这安静的小岛上，游人常常可以感觉到是这里的主人，从而达到彻底的放松，如果说旅行是为了摆脱生活的桎梏，这里会让你忘掉一切。尤其是Gili Meno，海水幽蓝而透明，泛着诱惑人的色泽，还有许多奇异美丽的海底生物，人们似乎都在找着各种各样的理由狂欢，参与其中，忘记自己不过只是匆匆过客，在碧蓝的海水里潜水，在白色的沙滩上散步，或者坐在美丽的树影下闭目养神，在行走的路上抬头看湛蓝的天空。和Gili Trawangan、Gili Meno一样，Gili Air也是个小号的世外桃源，显得偏僻幽静，许多正在蜜月里的夫妇都喜欢选择在这里度过一生中最难忘的日子，因为在这里，可以感受到最纯粹的二人世界，整个世界好象只为自己而存在似的，享受宁静，感受与世隔绝般的纯净自然。
位於龍目島的中南部，是風景最美的Kuta海灘，維持得最好的海邊勝景之一。從庫塔海灘到周邊美麗的Tanjung Aan岬灣，全長約５公里鋪蓋著细腻乾淨而發白的沙子，天呀！世上竟然有白色的沙！一直以为沙的颜色应该是黄色的，这里的沙子竟然是白砂糖一样的白，长长的沙滩，一片白茫茫！犹如厚厚积雪的草原！让人惊叹不已！真的是孤陋寡闻！其洁白如雪的沙滩及充沛的天然美景，称得上为一块未经雕琢的璞玉。顯示出十分特別的景緻。虽然龙目岛的kuta 沒有峇里那樣熱鬧、但是在寂靜而平和中把海岸發展到高級度假村的計畫不斷地擴展。它以传奇 Mandalika 公主而闻名，而当地人更喜欢稱之為Putri Nyale 海滩， 意思是Nyale公主，传说，很久很久以前，在龙目岛有一个王国，有一个美丽的公主，由于向公主提亲的王子太多，公主一时难以抉择，国王为此很着急，终于国王决定，让所有提过亲的王子聚在一起，让公主自己从他们之中选一个夫婿，选夫的日子到了，每个王子都带着他们的随从一起赶到指定的地方kuta 海滩，公主看了那些王子，每一个看上去都很优秀，她无从选择，她想，如果选中其中一个王子，其他王子必相互残杀，一旦开战，却不知会是何等血流成河的局面？她别无选择，只有结束自己的生命，战争才可避免，随后，公主身子一涌，直投入海里，在场的人都很惊讶，因为公主事先没有任何异状，大家一起跑到海里去寻找公主，突然一大群的鱼浮出海面，越来越多，而公主再也没露出水面，人们相信Nyale鱼是公主的化身，为了纪念公主，在每年的这一天，萨萨历第一個月的第19日，很多的nyale鱼会露出水面，百名Sasak人便聚集在海滩上，晚上生起篝火，坐在一起对唱当地传统音乐，乘船开向大海。
除了阳光、沙滩和无尽美景外，大地还恩赐给龙目岛一个Rinjani 活火山，是印尼最高的活火山之一，登山可欣赏Sendang Gila瀑布，火山口的溫泉也被當地人認為有神奇的治療效果，攀爬這座山，十足充滿冒險與挑戰的樂趣，从山顶俯瞰山下景色，能看600米下被陡峭的山壁包圍着像月牙似的宏大美丽的火山口湖Segara Anakan，白云仿佛是在脚下，无论是近处的，还是远处的，都叫人感叹大自然的奇异瑰丽，龙目岛的天然美景，称得上为一块未经雕琢的璞玉，但不可能把每个景点都写下来，有机会，请您走一走，看一看，既然远道而来，可千万不要忘记，当地的一道传统名菜Ayam Taliwang炸全鸡，非常值得一试，它选用优质童子鸡，是指还不会打鸣，未配育过的小公鸡，据说童子鸡体内含有一定的生长激素，对人体有补益作用，煮熟后的鸡涂上多种配料，上桌前先将一整只鸡以很快的速度炸成金黄色，然后把热腾腾的炸子鸡，凉拌空心菜和花生酱Plecing Kangkung、米饭和辣味蘸汁一起上桌，香气四溢、色泽鲜黄、咸香嫩脆、肥而不腻，最奇妙的是，吃的时候用手抓，其味道更鲜美、脆爽可口、越嚼越香。

万隆琳邦及覆舟山火山口旅游风景区

假如你到过印尼历史名城万隆以后，你就会发现另一个天地，那就是印尼最美的“山城”，这座山城1955年因召开举世瞩目的万隆会议而闻名于世，还有他独特的地理环境造就这里凉爽的气候，雨水多，四周青山环抱、郁郁葱葱、拥有居高临下的地理优势，整个城区依山傍水而建。若是你站在Dago山腰处，俯瞰山城，可将四周的美景致尽收眼廉，几丝淡绿将群楼林立的万隆山城裹在其中，几分静谧和安逸，像一幅逼真的水粉画，山城的山和山城的美就显露出来。如诗如画，尤其百花盛开 的季节，景色美不胜收，都说一方水土养一方人，山清水秀的万隆城，自然亦是人杰地灵、美女如云。万隆的美女不论长相、气质还是身材，也许真的是因为气候原因，比全国其他地方女孩都要白嫩。
万隆以北12公里，就是国家级风景名胜区琳邦( Lembang)，沿路草木繁茂，芳草如茵，云雾缭绕，空气清新，能感受到大自然的美丽壮观，既无尘器之苦，又无世俗之忧虑，亭台楼阁，绵延掩映于青山绿水，晓雾暮霭，如处仙境，有古典风格的山庄，有客栈，枝繁叶茂的覆盖在街道两旁，可远眺群峰叠翠，烽烟缭绕，空气中还弥漫着几许清香和馥郁，带给人们心灵的宁静和环境的优美，洗一身风尘，悦人生情致，实为休闲避暑度假区，这座以茶文化特有如镶嵌的翠玉般幽美，四周茶园围绕，是最美的茶乡，只要你深吸一口，就像喝了一碗清香的茶，芬芳四溢，沁人心脾，不仅能提神益，而且可以健身益寿。1607年，荷兰从中国运茶至印尼，从而揭开了中国与印尼茶叶贸易的序幕，以及对饮茶习俗在印尼的传播。但人工栽培茶树较晚。1827年才开始种植。至今人们对“茶”的读音，都效法福建厦门话“TE”，如果你走进任何一家餐馆，只要你点几样菜，喝茶是免费的，餐馆以炸子鸡和有特色的糖醋烧鱼、烤鱼，以色、香、味、形“四绝”闻名。之所以产生如此大的轰动效应，究其原因是来自于它将秘制独特的配料、和烤制方法相结合，使烤制出的系列鱼品具有外皮香脆、肉质细腻软嫩、色泽金黄、味腴而鲜美、形状美观，具有突出特点。也许在烹制过程中，采用了香味料和多种香药料，将清理过的鲜活鱼进行浸、腌、泡，在煎烤过程中采用有效控制，防止了因低、高温对鱼营养带来的损失，使鱼的营养最大化。令人唇齿留香，那鱼叫三板鱼，原产于印度尼西亚，俗称ikan gurami 、淡水巨鲷，也叫三宝鱼。相传600年前，郑和下西洋到了爪哇岛，突然有鱼跳到宝船甲板上，郑和将鱼拿在手里看了看就放入海中放生。因那鱼被三宝太监的手拿过了，所以鱼身上留下了手印，为了纪念郑和，当地人就把那鱼称之为三宝鱼。因发音问题，有人误叫为三板鱼。如今，糖醋三板鱼已成为当地一道名菜，很受游客的青睐。
由Lembang再往北走10公里，有陡峭蜿蜒的柏油公路直抵覆舟山火山口 (Kawah Tangkuban Prahu)。两旁被绿意笼罩着的树林，翠嫩的枝叶能见到满目的绿意，小鸟啁啾着在头顶翩翩起舞，微风徐来，一种淡淡的带有生命气息的味道，是农家山庄的草梅飘香，游客可任摘任食，边吃边欣赏。即使你心情郁闷，也会被这鲜活的气息涤荡得一干二净，可是，一进入覆舟山便闻到强烈的硫磺味，到了山顶，看到火山的外形很像一条倒扣着的船，因此人们称它为覆舟山活火山口 。是印尼800多座火山当中的一座活火山，爪哇境内唯一可驱车前往欣赏的火山口，海拔2,069米，虽然山下树木丛生，青翠一片，但火山口切几乎寸草不生， 这座火山被科学家认为是活火山，也就是它随时有喷发的可能。为国内罕见的保存完好的火山口。自1829年以来已先后爆发了10次，它不仅是观光的好去处，也为地球物理和地震研究提供了宝贵的资料。山顶上共有皇后(Ratu)、多马斯(Domas)、乌巴(Upas)、等4个活火山口。而皇后火山口在几个山峰的环抱下，中间凹下去，周围的高山都有明显的灼烧痕迹，呈灰色‚褐色或红色，此火山口是经过多万年的长期风化剥蚀，被剥露出地面，形象地记录了当时火山喷发的自然景观，展示出大自然的鬼斧神功，气势极为壮观，火山口周围有栏杆拦着，望下去，至少有几百米深，底部有水似在翻腾，有热气冒着。而多马斯火山口，游客可把脚泡入温泉内，含有硫磺的泉水可治风湿和皮肤病。还可以在摄氏90度以上的滚水井里煮鸡蛋，据说，煮出来的鸡蛋有特效功能。 旅游设施较完备的皇后火山口，附近有不少商亭和叫卖小贩，出售各种纪念品及当地特有的工艺品。还有一种颇有民族特色的地方乐器昂格隆，用竹為材料的手搖樂器，形式像打擊樂，奏法排列卻像鍵盤樂，根據竹子長短會有音高不同，將其竹管排列於竹框架上。要好几个人同时摇晃，才能发出美妙的音符。
关于覆舟山的来历，当地流传着一个十分神奇的传说。据说从前有一位国王与一只野猪发生不寻常关系，生下一个漂亮的公主，长大后公主擅长织布，一天，她不小心将梭子甩出掉迸山谷里。于是她大声说，谁能找到梭子，她就嫁给谁。一只叫杜芒的狗听后立即找到了那只梭子。公主遵守诺言，与那只狗结婚，并生下一个儿子叫桑古丽昂。桑古丽昂十几岁时常出去打猎，并将猎物带给母亲吃。有一天快天黑时他仍一无所获，突然见到一头野猪，他不知那是他的外婆，便用箭射去，野猪受伤后落荒而逃。桑古丽昂命身边的狗杜芒去追那只野猪。杜芒不肯去追。桑古丽昂不知杜芒是他父亲，便一箭将它射死，并把杜芒的心带回给母亲，谎说是颗鹿的心。母亲很快发现那是自己丈夫的心，十分生气，一怒之下举起手中梭子朝儿子头上砸去，桑古丽昂于是离开母亲上山修行，数年后长成一个风度翻翻的青年，有一天他来到一座山上，遇见一位漂亮的女人，两人一见钟情。那漂亮女人原来是他母亲，由于她是神人，所以长生不老，结婚前夕，那妇人帮末婚夫梳头时发现他头上有道伤痕，终于认出末婚夫原来是自己的亲生儿子桑古丽昂。于是她决定不与儿子结婚，向桑古丽昂提出了苛刻的结婚条件，要他在一夜之间挖出一个大湖并造出一条大船。桑古丽昂已修行成仙，神通广大，立即召来众妖相助，很快挖出大湖，船也即将造成。母亲急了，便求助天神，随后，东方开始发红，接着出现第一道光线，农庄里的一只公鸡叫了，嘶哑的啼声穿过鸡舍的板壁，周围的公鸡随声应和，桑古丽昂的母亲也乘机逃跑，一不小心让手中的毛衣触着湖面。一声剧烈的爆响，一道水蒸气夹杂着湖水和蓝色的泥浆腾空而起，巨大的冲击力将湖水倒喷了出来，桑古丽昂见此情景，怒不可遏，一脚将船踢翻，顿时大地剧烈震动，山上喷发出炽热的岩浆，将他淹没，山的外形也成了一只翻倒的大船。从此人们便称这座山为覆舟山。而那干涸的湖床竟成了现在的万隆山城。
传说确实离奇，但大自然的鬼斧神工却将覆舟山造化得无比壮观。这里上午天气晴朗，游客可观赏到覆舟山的全景，下午雾气笼罩，有时候一阵风，跟着一片云，雨点噼里啪啦往下砸，就难识其真面目了，下山时，忽然雨就下来了，是那么豪爽，那么干脆，路上的行人躲闪不急的都狼狈的浑身湿透，雨点痕迹印在背心上清晰可见，一片一片的，花花的，就这么一直下，忽然雨停了，一点雨也没有了，如果不是地上的雨水还在流淌，你根本没有察觉到刚才下了一场大雨，透过水气蒙蒙的玻璃，望着窗外漫天的雨幕，我心里在想：美丽的山城，不来此地，你将遗憾终身。

Sejarah Pelabuhan Internasional Panarukan

Panarukan merupakan pelabuhan yang strategis karena terletak di sebelah Pantai Utara Jawa Timur dan sebagai salah satu bandar kuna telah mempermainkan peranannya sejak berabad-abad yang lampau. Pada masa Kerajaan Majapahit Panarukan sangat terkenal sebagai kota pelabuhan di ujung timur Pulau Jawa. Selain diketahui bahwa Hayam Wuruk pernah mengunjungi Panarukan pada tahun 1359 Masehi. Panarukan mempunyai kedudukan lebih penting karena terletak pada tepi jalan perdagangan yang lebih ramai. Ini mungkin menjadi alasan mengapa raja dan petinggi-petinggi Kerajaan Majapahit sering singgah di Panarukan. Panarukan saat ini merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Situbondo Propinsi Jawa Timur. Secara geografis Kabupaten Situbondo terletak di Pantai utara Jawa Timur bagian timur dengan posisi diantara 7º 35` - 7º 44` Lintang Selatan dan 113º 30` - 114º 42` Bujur Timur. Letak Kabupaten Situbondo, di sebelah Utara berbatasan dengan Selat Madura, sebelah Timur berbatasan dengan Selat Bali, sebelah Selatan berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Bondowoso dan Banyuwangi, serta sebelah Barat berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Luas wilayah Kabupaten Situbondo adalah 1.638,50 Km². Hampir keseluruhan terletak di pesisir pantai dari Barat ke Timur, bentuknya memanjang kurang lebih 140 km. Panarukan dahulu merupakan bagian dari Keresidenan Besuki. Pada mulanya nama Kabupaten Situbondo adalah “Kabupaten Panarukan” dengan ibukota Situbondo. Pada masa pemerintahan Belanda oleh Gubernur Jendral Daendels (± tahun 1808-1811 M) membangun jalan dengan kerja paksa sepanjang pantai utara Pulau Jawa yang dikenal dengan sebutan “ Jalan Anyer – Panarukan “ atau lebih dikenal lagi dengan “ Jalan Daendels “, atau juga “ Jalan Pos “. Panarukan berkembang dengan pesat karena surplus wilayah belakang yang merupakan penghasil ekspor, seperti tembakau, kopi, dan tebu. Dengan berkembangnya Panarukan yang begitu pesat, sehingga pada akhirnya pusat pemerintahan berpindah ke Kabupaten Panarukan dengan Raden Tumenggung Aryo Soeryo Amijoyo (1858-1872) sebagai Bupati Pertama. Pada masa pemerintahan Bupati Achmad Tahir (± tahun 1972 M) Kabupaten Panarukan kemudian berganti nama menjadi Kabupaten Situbondo, dengan ibukota tetap di Situbondo, berdasarkan peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 28/1972 tentang Perubahan Nama dan Pemindahan Tempat Kedudukan pemerintah daerah. Kawasan pelabuhan Panarukan berada di Pedukuhan Pesisir Kilensari Kecamatan Panarukan. Jarak dari pusat kota Situbondo ke lokasi pelabuhan Panarukan kurang lebih 8 km ke arah barat. Lokasi pelabuhan terletak di pinggir laut dan dekat dengan jalan raya sehinggga dapat dijangkau dengan mudah. Sejak abad XVI Panarukan sudah berfungsi sebagai salah satu kota pelabuhan terkemuka di Jawa Timur. Fungsi pelabuhan Panarukan semakin tampak yakni pada sekitar abad XIX tatkala daerah Jember dan Bondowoso dijadikan sebagai sentra area penanaman cash crop production, khususnya tanaman tembakau, kopi, tebu dan produk-produk perkebunan yang lain. Di pelabuhan Panarukan inilah tempat untuk menimbun, menyimpan, dan mengangkut hasil perkebunan ke luar negeri. Pelabuhan Panarukan didirikan oleh salah seorang Ondemer terkemuka di kawasan Besuki yakni George Birnie pada tahun 1890-an dengan nama Maactschappij Panaroekan. Pelabuhan Panarukan ini pada saat sekarang kondisinya memprihatinkan, karena fungsi pelabuhan dialihkan ke Probolinggo dan Banyuwangi, sehingga banyak tinggalan arkeologis di pelabuhan Panarukan yang dibongkar seperti gudang induk, kantor Djakarta Llyod dan gudang-gudang yang lainnya. Bangunan yang tersisa berupa dermaga kuno, gudang-gudang, dan mercusuar. Pada masa dahulu terdapat “ tanggang lanjang “. Yakni tempat rel trem atau kereta kecil yang menjorok ke laut. Fungsi rel trem ini untuk mengangkut barang dari gudang penyimpanan ke perahu-perahu sebelum diangkut ke luar negeri oleh kapal besar. Bangunan ini panjangnya mencapai 550 M dan lebar 11 M. Bangunan ini terbuat dari bahan beton untuk bagian bawah, sedangkan bagian atas terbuat dari kayu. Pada bagian tengah terdapat rel besi tempat jalan trem pangangkut barang.
Selain itu di pinggir pantai terdapat bangunan menara atau mercu suar yang berfungsi sebagai sinyal atau tanda pelayaran. Letaknya di tepi pantai kawasan pelabuhan. Mercu suar tua ini hingga sekarang masih ada, dibuat dari kontruksi besi. Adapun mercu suar itu adalah sebagai tanda kedudukan pelabuhan Panarukan. Tinggi menara ini sekitar 50 M, dengan lebar 8 M. Untuk menyinari menara tersebut pada jaman dahulu dipergunakan karbit namun sekarang menggunakan lampu listirk. Di sebelah kanan menara terdapat bekas bangunan kolonial yang berupa perkantoran dan menjadi gedung induk Maasctschappij Panaroekan yang terbuat dari batu bata. Menurut seorang informan dahulu bangunan ini sangat megah berlantai tiga, namun pada saat sekarang bangunan itu sudah tidak ada lagi. Di sebelah kanan dan kiri bangunan induk ini terdapat puluhan gudang tempat penimbunan barang hasil perkebunan sebelum dikirim ke luar negeri. Gudang-gudang ini terbuat dari bahan tembok. Pada bagian bawahnya tidak diberi lantai, namun hanya berlantai bambu. Ukuran gudang-gudang tersebut sangat luas mencapai ratusan meter persegi. Pada masa Belanda dibangun rel kereta api dari stasiun sampai pelabuhan, bahkan di sebelah kanan dermaga dulunya ada rel sampai ujung dermaga. Setelah pelabuhan Panarukan mengalami kemunduran, rel tersebut dicabut, bahkan sampai ke stasiun. Di pelabuhan Panarukan juga dibangun beberapa galangan atau dok-dok terapung, yaitu tempat untuk memperbaiki kapal. Untuk memuat dan membongkar muatan kapal-kapal merapat ke kade, yaitu suatu pelataran luas, lengkap dengan gudang, alat-alat derek, bahkan rel-rel untuk lori. Pelabuhan Panarukan mempunyai beberapa gudang, dibagi menjadi dua jenis. Pertama, gudang lini 1 terdiri dari (1) Gudang A ; 1.105 m², (2) Gudang B ; 867 m²², (3) Gudang C : 2.494 m², (4) Gudang D : 2.098 m², (5) Gudang E ; 2.400 m², (6) Gudang F ; 400 m², (7) Gudang G ; 600 m², (8) Gudang I ; 2.700 m², (9) Gudang K ; 2.000 m², (10) Gudang L ; 450 m², (11) Gudang M ; 410 m², (12) Gudang N ; 2.200 m², (13) Gudang O ; 6.000 m² (Anonim, 1981: 50). Di Panarukan telah dibangun Jalan Raya Pos (Groote Postweg) pada tahun 1808 oleh Gebernur Jenderal Herman Willem Daendels Jalan Raya Pos yang berawal dari Anyer dan berakhir di Panarukan. Pada awalnya dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memperlancar usaha militer Belanda dalam peperangan menaklukkan daerah Blambangan (Banyuwangi). Pada perkembangan selanjutnya jalan yang memanjang dari arah barat ke timur di pesisir utara sangat bermanfaat bagi kelancaran lalu lintas pos, ekonomi, dan transportasi. Selain keberadaan jaringan jalan, keberadaan jalur kereta api di Panarukan turut memperlancar distribusi barang. Stasiun Kereta Api di Panarukan dibangun oleh Belanda sekitar tahun 1890-an. Bangunan ini pada saat sekarang masih utuh, tetapi pada tahun 2003 sudah tidak difungsikan lagi. Struktur bangunan Stasiun Kereta Api Panarukan terdiri atas tiga bagian pertama adalah tempat administrasi, bagian kedua merupakan ruang tunggu penumpang, sedangkan bagian ketiga merupakan tempat pemberangkatan dan pemberhentian kereta api. Jalur kereta api ini merupakan alat transportasi penting bagi pelabuhan Panarukan untuk mengangkut tembakau dari Jember dan Bondowoso ke pelabuhan di Panarukan. Pada masa pendudukan Kolonial Belanda, di wilayah Kabupaten Panarukan terdapat 12 buah pabrik gula, yaitu P. G De Maas, Assembagoes, Pandjie, Olean, Boedoean, Soekowidi, Prajekan, Tangarang, Bedadoeng, Semboro, dan Goenoeng Sarie. Pada saat ini, di wilayah Kabupaten Situbondo hanya terdapat enam pabrik gula, yaitu Pabrik Gula (P. G) De Maas, Assembagoes, Pandjie, Olean, Boedoean,.dan Wringin Anom, yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Situbondo. Dari keenam pabrik gula tersebut empat pabrik gula masih terlihat wujudnya dan masih berproduksi hingga saat ini pabrik gula (P. G) Assembagus, Olean, Pandjie, Wringin Anom, satu pabrik gula masih berdiri tetapi tidak berproduksi lagi adalah P. G Demaas, dan satu pabrik gula yang lain adalah P. G Boedoean sudah tidak tampak lagi keberadaannya. Keseluruhan pabrik-pabrik tersebut merupakan produsen gula terbesar di Jawa Timur. Di Panarukan terdapat Benteng VOC yang berada di wilayah Dusun Kilensari Timur, Desa Kilensari, Kecamatan Panarukan. Tinggalan arkeologis yang berupa bekas benteng ini berada di tepi barat Sungai Sampeyan, sekitar 500 m dari muara Sungai Sampeyan sehingga letaknya sangat strategis karena langsung berhadapan dengan laut Jawa. Selain itu benteng VOC ini juga melindungi pelabuhan Panarukan dari wilayah timur, yaitu dari wilayah sungai Sampeyan. Jarak dari pusat kota Situbondo ke lokasi benteng ini kurang lebih 8,5 Km ke arah barat. Untuk menuju lokasi benteng hanya bisa dijangkau dengan kendaraan sepeda motor. Saat ini lingkungan benteng berada di areal pemakaman penduduk dan lahan pertanian masyarakat.
Di Panarukan terdapat Tugu Portugis yang terletak di Kota Beddha, Desa Pelean, Kecamatan Panarukan diperkirakan peninggalan abad XVI yakni tatkala Potugis melakukan aktivitas perdagangan di wilayah Nusantara. Tugu Portugis terletak di sebelah timur Sungai Sampeyan. Jarak dari pusat kota Situbondo ke lokasi tugu ± 8 km ke arah barat. Lingkungan sekitar tugu ini sekarang berupa areal persawahan yang terletak di tepi desa. Menurut masyarakat di sekitar Tugu Portugis ini banyak ditemukan bekas kerang-kerang besar yang menunjukan di sekitar tugu ini dulunya merupakan laut yang mengalami proses sedimentasi demikian cepat karena terjadi pendangkalan di Sungai Sampeyan. Oleh karenanya bisa jadi tinggalan Tugu Portugis ini hanya merupakan sebagaian kecil (paling atas dari bangunan). Melihat bangunannya, tugu ini berfusngi sebagai menara petunjuk bagi pelaut-pelaut, bahwa di tempat ini sebagai tempat pelabuhan. Beberapa peninggalan arkeologis yang ada sekarang ini, menunjukkan bahwa Panarukan merupakan pelabuhan yang strategis dan kuat. Adanya berbagai fasilitas pendukung menunjukkan bahwa pelabuhan Panarukan sangat berkembang sebagai pelabuhan dagang, dengan adanya surplus dari wilayah belakang yang mendukung pelabuhan Panarukan berkembang. Dengan adanya fasilitas pendukung mengakibatkan pelabuhan Panarukan pada abad XIX dapat berfungsi maksimal, yaitu sebagai pelabuhan perdagangan dan ekspor. Selain itu keletakan pelabuhan yang tepat di tepi jalur pelayaran perdagangan melalui Laut Jawa dan Selat Madura yang dilalui pedagang-pedagang yang menuju ke Maluku sangat mendukung perkembangan pelabuhan untuk menjadi pelabuhan internasional. Pelabuhan Panarukan letaknya sangat strategis, yaitu pertama terletak di teluk yang merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung suatu pelayaran. Kedua pelabuhan Panarukan terletak di jalur pelayaran dari barat menuju ke Maluku di bagian timur dan sebaliknya dari timur ke barat. Ketiga, adanya persediaan air bersih yang dibutuhkan kapal-kapal untuk perbekalan air minum dalam pelayaran jarak jauh. Keempat, wilayah belakang. Panarukan penghasil gula, kopi, tembakau, beras, dan terbentang hutan jati yang kayunya berkualitas baik sebagai komoditi perdagangan dan bahan pembutan kapal. Pelabuhan Panarukan erat hubungannya dengan aktivitas serta perkembangan PT. Djakarta Lloyd sub. Cab Panarukan dahulu Panaroekan Maatscappij yang didirikan pada tahun 1886. Maka sejak tahun pendirian tersebut pelabuhan Panarukan sudah dikenal pasaran dunia atau Eropa melalui ekspor komoditi gula, kopi, tembakau, karet, dan jagung. Untuk menunjang berlangsungnya kegiatan perdagangan maka di pelabuhan dilengkapi dengan berbagai sarana pendukung. Pemerintah kolonial mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana pelabuhan antara lain dibangunnya dermaga, alat Derek (alat pengangkut), lori, gudang-gudang pemerintah dan milik swasta, serta gudang-gudang garam.
