华人是一个少数民族，但又不是一个普通的少数民族，而是一个极其特殊的少数民族，这种特殊性使我们与当地民族的关系变得复杂化，象世界上许多地方一样，华人身处异乡被看成一个沉默的群体，面对所在国的移民政策，所在国政府对华人的政策等等问题，也为了学习华文和了解中华文化，越来越多的华
